Tell us about yourself (Interview viva question) -

I am ARC working as a monitoring officer for LEB for two and half years. LEB is a non profit international organization. Mostly recent, I have worked for WVB as a M&E officer at Pioupur. Before that I have worked for SILB as a development officer at Khaka, HfHIB as a Satellite Coordinator at Seore and CSS as a Sponsorship coordinator at Djulna. When I was working in CSS then I have completed MBA degree. Total I have 14 years working experience in development organizations as project monitoring, supervision and implementing role.

In my family, I have a daughter. Now she is five years old. And my wife is a housewife. We live in MIR-10 beside of Baptist church. Dhaka. My native village is Johat and I am the member of Khanj Churches of God Mission. We are six brothers and one sister and I am younger than all.

In my present position I am working on –
- Developing monitoring tools and format as per project needs
- Support to program team to prepare project concept notes
- Take notes and prepare reports on meeting, workshop and training
- Visit at project implementing area to identify where adaptation and improvement will be needed
- Monitor the utilization of budgets and tracking of expenditure
- Support in organizing and facilitating meeting workshop and training
- Support to supervisor to prepare monthly and quarterly action plan,
- Collect data, analysis data and generate report
- Prepare quarterly, half-yearly and annual report
- Maintain computer data management system
- Publishing quarterly newsletter and annual report
- Maintain liaison with govt. officials, NGO partner and community leaders.
