“We shall overcome our weakness and shall able to give better for our beloved student’s better future”. This expression is a head teacher of a primary school who participated in the training. To ensure better performance increase of human skill is essential and we increase skills through different training, motivation and workshops. In the month of February 2013, 4 days training was conducted by Education Project, Bhandaria ADP, on “English Teaching Methods.” The training was on 04 to 07 February. Twenty primary school teachers from different schools were participated in the training. The honorable Upazila Education Officer inaugurated the training session as well as acting ADP Manager Md. Nizam Uddin Ahmed, Instructor of URC, Assistant Upazila Education Officer, Trainers, Project Manager Education and Project Officer Education were present in the training. In this training the participants learnt how to teach English to students. Beside this they learnt how to prepare lesson plan evaluation report. In the closing of the day, two participants shared their feeling. One of them Salina Begum told “This is a great chance for me to participate this training, it will very helpful to me to teach my students. I will try my best to serve them.”
