Dear Sir, Is it correct? If not please correction the sentence.

For your kind information, as per the last CPMC meeting decision staff claim daily food allowance as per the policy without bill voucher. As per the policy, according to my grade (officer level), my daily food allowance is total 250/= taka (B-50, L-100, D-100). During my previous visit experience I have seen that daily we have expense minimum 500/= taka (per day).

Until the policy update may I submit the actual bill? As per my visit plan, I will start my visit to project area from next week. Therefore I need your suggestion and permission before my visit.
