Dear People please help

This is my complaint letter about some equipment.

Can you read and fix the errors?

COMPANY is a firm.

xxxxs are secret areas.

COMPANY INC.
Consumer Complaint Division

Dear in charge of consumer

On 17.07.2007, I bought COMPANY PowerShot A 560 digital camera at xxxxxxx which is placed in xxxxxxxxxxxx is the supplier of COMPANY DIGITAL INC. at

Unfortunately, your product did not answer my expectations because of when i was buying the camera, the salesman did not say the cameras properties.I choose COMPANY PowerShot A 560 because of its manual properties. But in this product there is no aperture priority and shutter priority I am disappointed because the camera was not disclosed clearly and misrepresented by the salesman. Also COMPANY’s previous PowerShot versions have this properties(Exp : A 510-A540).On the camera there is manual function button “M” ,so I thougt that it can be provide aperture priority and shutter priority. After i bought the machine,I become aware of this problem. Then I tried to pay my money back. But the salesman said that “he could not pay the money back”

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate when my money pay back.I send my guarantee, contracts, model and serial numbers to EXXXXXAR INC which is the responsible for COMPANY in

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Also I hope you will contact with ExxxxxxR INC, and will wait until 25.07.2007 before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau. Please contact me at the above e mail address Email Removed

Sincerely,

Hello, Saltikhan. I think you have little (if not zero) chances to return your camera. If the salesman didn't say anything about the exposure modes that doesn't mean he disinformed you.

  • But if he told you the camera supported the exposure setting modes you need, then it is disinformation.
  • But anyway, how are you going to prove the fact of disinformation?
