00 Introduction: In most cases pancreatitis acuta (PA) is mild course disease but its serious type, which is still 30% mortalityload, can lead to a lot of severe local and general complications. Therefore treatment of PA is undoubtedly a huge challenge for every clinicians and it reduce to: antibiotics prevent, pharmacotherapy, enteral nutrition and endoscopy and surgery procedures. 02 br
00 Aim: Retrospective evaluation and comparison of causes, values of laboratory indicators and kind of treatments of PA 02 br

00 Materials and Methods: The research includes patients suffering from Pancreatitis acuta, treated in The Clinic of Thoracic Surgery, General and Oncological Surgery of Medical University in 00 from 2003-2005. Study was realized basing on analysis of medical documentation (cases history). Patients were divided into groups depending on kind of treatment (conservative, surgical, endoscopy) and etiology (gallbladder and billary tract diseases, alcohol, iatrogenic and idiopathic causes), next take into consideration their age, gender and length of hospitalization, compering with the strength of concentration of plasma following parameters: diastases (also in urine), bilirubin, glucose, electrolyties, transaminases and leucocyties 02 br

00 Results and conclusions: The study is ongoing. There will be presented at the Student Science Association’ 00 00 00 conference. 02 br
