Dear Scholarship Committee

Please, consider me for the scholarship. I have completed and enclose the required documents for the application. I am applying to pursue a master’s degree in diplomacy at the . The program offered at the university will give me the opportunity to put my knowledge into a higher standard and to enhance my skill in diplomacy. If I finally graduate from the University, I will play an active role in the development of my country, and the world, which is plaque recently with civil wars, terrorism and political crisis.

I had always wanted to pursue a career in diplomacy or work in an International Organization and to become a leader whose decision would have a positive effect on society. Reason why my university education is related to diplomacy which has enabled me to acquired excellent organization skills. Also my work activities provide me with numerous leadership opportunities and a chance to practice important skills vital for my career goal to become a diplomat or work in an International organization.

I am currently the head of the men and women development program of Christian, Partners development Agency an international non governmental organization in with head quarter in Narobi-Kenya. Prior to my current job, I was the head of the International department of Kelly Consulting Ltd in , Specialize in labor import, exportation and developmental project analysis; I work in Competitive development programs for foreign companies. I also write reports about their strategy and implementation.

As citizen from a developing country, receiving this scholarship will reduce the financial burden on me. It will help me to accomplish my professional goals of becoming a diplomat for the good of my country, and the world. Going to school full time in a foreign country is expensive, but I am confident that my education will pay off in the long run. Until then, the scholarship would greatly assist my financial and academic needs.
