Dear Clive: Letter to generel manager

Dear clive
I am working in transporting co.as a workshop foreman since last 4months.I am facing some problems in my workshop because my manager is not well qualified.He dont know about the technical knowledge-he dont know about the responsibilities of a foreman. ,he dont give me a table inside the workshop.The manger will not treating good in the workshop.In my ability and experience I am acting here very well and giving the maintained vehicles in time with company and delivering high standard of quality.I am doing very complicated work and I am proving my capability here.but I dnot get an acceptance here.I need a working condition and atmosphere in the workshop.I need an authorisation to control the mechanics and authorisation of signature to the store and purchase.I need approval for co-ordinate and giving technical information to our branches.I need a vehicle for travelling to our branches for co-ordinate the technical job.I need an office inside the workshop or giving a table with a computer/laptops for entering datas about the workshop details..like vehicles,mechanics ,manuals of vehicles etc.

I have more plan about to introduce some changes in the workshop maintanance side.lack of correct maintanance vehicles are going bad condition within 2 to 6 years.some ponts are listed below...
oil consumption of the vehicles are high.
tyre pressure of all vehicle are not related.
maitanance of the vehicles are not organized and rational
need specified tools and equipments.


I need a letter to my GM with included in these matters

Hi, Have you thought about how writing this letter will affect your relationship with your manager? Maybe you don't care? I think you need to tell the GM clearly what exactly you want him to do.

I think you need to tell the GM clearly what exactly you want him to do. For example, do you want him to discuss these matters with your manage
