"Dear All Members" vs "Dear Members" vs "Dear All"

I was just wondering if the term "Dear All Members" is gramatically correct. I've never really remembered all the rules of the English language, but recently saw this term in a couple of emails I recieved.

The thing is, it sounds wrong to my ear, but I can't exactly place what is wrong with it. If someone could clarify for me, would be amazing!

Kind regards,
xxx
