Research shows that global warming is caused by human activity. What are the possible effects of climate change and what can governments and individuals do to reduce these?

The global warming is really a result of human consumptions. It brings human ecological changes such as desertification. Therefore, people should consider changing their daily life habits which contributes to the increase of the warming.
First of all, the global warming makes serious ecological changes that makes difficult for people to survive. Countries which are surrounded by an ocean are in danger of loss of the land to sinking to water because the water lever is upping each year. By contrast, landlocked countries are for from the alarm of losing land to water; however, these countries are facing another serious problem. Desertification is covering all of green land in these countries. We are losing green areas and fertile soils. Also, global warming causes the shortage of water in these nations. By rising temperature, water sources such as river and lakes are being dried up.
Secondly, therefore, the humankind has to eliminate or reduce the reasons of global warming; they should find the reasons from their habitual consumptions. Every country should consider their usage of energy sources. Most of nations still utilize the fossil fuels, the main reason of the warming, for consumption of energy. Those nations should replace this consumption by other environmental-friendly technologies such as wind and solar energy sources. Furthermore, every individual should think about how they contribute to the increase of the warming. Majority of people on earth use car in daily life. The car consumes oil products that tremendously contribute to cause the climate changes. The people can decrease the use of car. They can walk or ride bicycle to a reasonable distance instead of driving.
In conclusion, the global warming carries out serious environmental changes which negatively affect daily lives. Mankind has to look for its cause to their unwise consumptions. They should alter their old consumption and prefer clever ones. (307 words)
