Letter Writing

Dear ALL,

I have received an anonymous complaint from a certain office. It was the same with the anonyomus complaint that i received from the other office. Now, I want to state my response by way of enclosing my previous explanation that i submitted. Can you help me correct the hereunder reponse gramatically?..

Dear sir/madam:

This letter is in response to the anonymous complaint that you have sent to my office dated 17 Sept 2012. Besides, the same matter againts me for various offenses was referred by.......

Consequently, i was directed by our.....to submit an answer on the allegation.

In this respect, I am humbly submitting the same explanation that wa addressed to.....

Enclosed herewith are the photocopies of the said................
