I just have the feeling that I still did not understand well how to end my emails correctly, especially because, in my work, I often deal with customers who (thankfully) show their satisfaction.
Usually, I end my emails with "Best" followed by my name. Sometimes, though, my recipient responds with an effusive thank-you message. It makes me always truly (more than) happy and I could even go a little emotional, but I have no idea of what to say to express my sincere, vibrant gratitude so I end just saying a "Thank you so very much (...)" with another "Best" followed by my name.
It is quite cold, isn't it? What ending would be nicer than "Best" if I am replying to something as intense as "I LOVE IT! Thank you sooo much for everyhting! You rock!!"? (or maybe it is not as intense as it sounds and people just say things like these all the time?)

Professionals, bound by the conventions and expectations of professionalism, typically don't express unusual emotion in correspondence with customers, even if it is effusive praise or sincere and overwhelming gratitude. com/email-message-closing-examples-2061895 gives good advice, but their closing examples are astonishingly boring. com/letter-writing/letter-closings is a little better, with the exception of "Smell ya later," which is inadvisable, unless your customer is a dog.

"Working with you has been a rare pleasure."
"I so look forward to working with you again."
