Hi. With reference to the Monday. I would actually say. On Monday i went.....
For me last monday refers to the monday before that(8).Not sure why, maybe because this week hasnt finished yet.

No. Beacuse i'm looking at a week as 7 days, not mon-sun. So i would still use on sat. Have Iconfused you? So if it's mon and I want to refer to the following mon,I would say next monday. This is just how i see it, not sure if it's correct.
