0When we normally refer to a date, we are referring to the "number" in the calendar like 13th, 14th and so on. On the other hand, when we are referring to a day, it usually means the day of the week like Monday, Tuesday, etc... If you keep reminding yourself of that principle when your are being confused about the day and date, I think that you will be right 99 percent of the time. 02br
