Date suggestion

Dear All,

I am trying to set up a template message for potential customers who requested an online demo.

Therefor I want to let them suggest one or more dates convenient for them.

What I have right now is:

The requested online-demo will take about 30 to 60 minutes.

Please suggest a date and time convenient for you.

Although I know that I should keep it short and simple I think that this is a little to straight forward and might seem a little harsh.

Any suggestions to make this a bit more polite are appreciated.
Many thanks in advance!

What you have is not at all harsh or too straightforward; it has just the right tone of politeness.
