Date or dates ?

I plan to visit London in next January for 1 time.
I plan to visit Liverpool in next Match for 1 time.
I plan to visit Leeds in next April for 1 time.

Then, which of the following sentence is correct?

1) The date for each visit has not been confirmed.
2) The dates for each visit have not been confirmed.
3) The date for all visits has not been confirmed.
4) The dates for all visits have not been confirmed.

Don't use "in" with "next." In the next month, okay, but "next January
