Dash usage with pronouns

Is it ok to use a dash for a word if it proceeds a pronoun ?

Ex: "They tightly-integrated a complex product."

Is it ok to use a dash for a word if it proceeds (do you mean 'follows'?) a pronoun ?

Ex: "They tightly-integrated a complex product."

No. A dash here is incorrect.
