Dark circles

I know this is not appropriate question to ask here but in case if one of you a doctor or a doctor cum english trainer happen to see my post then it would definitely of some help.
See this picture as you can see eyes got inside a little from its normal position. It's type of dark circle if you don't know the name of exact problem, then please help me to state the problem in proper manner so I can explain it to a doctor thank you.

Here are a few terms you can research.

A cast in eye means one eye deviates. I haven't been able to find definition to tell whether it means isophoria or exophoria. Strabismus does not indicate which deviation is present:
