Danglingling sentence

Hello there,

Could anyone please help me fix the follow dangling sentence?

Night soil treatment plants (excluding night soil treatment tanks, the number of persons for treatment by which is less than 500 by the calculation method regulated by the list of paragraph 1.

In addition to what Avangi has said, I'd like to add that parentheses are used in pairs, but your sentence fragment contains only the first one:

"Night soil treatment plants (excluding ..."

If you use " ( " in a sentence, then you also need to use " ) " later in the same sentence.
