It is taking me forever to understand these...

Which one contains a dangaling modifier?

1.
An industrial power, the Germans have been reunited.

2.
An industrial power, Germany has been reunited.

3.

"A power" normally refers to a whole country, so it would have to go with "Germany", as it does in examples 2 and 3.
