Dangling Modifier

Dear X:

...

As a Founder and major shareholder of the Company, the abysmal record of the current leadership must be heart-rending to you personally, as well as damaging to your net worth.

...

Sincerely,

Y

In the above snippet of a letter, it is clear who "you" refers to. You refers to Mr. X. I am curious of the above sentence has a dangling modifier (highlighted words)? Or, because the meaning is abundantly clear, is the sentence fine as-is?

Fwiw, this sentence is part of an important letter that is part of today's business news.

The meaning is quite clear. That does not mean it's a good sentence. If I wrote it in a first draft, I would definitely revise it!
