Dangling?

Can one say:
1-For our hotel, it is difficult to compete with the Hotel ABC two miles away.
instead of:
2-For our hotel, it is difficult to compete with the Hotel ABC that is two miles away.


Can one say:
3-For our hotel, it is difficult to compete with Hotel ABC, two miles away.
instead of:
4-For our hotel, it is difficult to compete with Hotel ABC, which is two miles away.
