Dangler, Misplaced part or a fragment.

Could someone please help me with the following sentence:

Since I no longer maintain an office downtown for working on this kind of project.

Would this be considered a dangler, misplaced part, or a fragment?

If dangler change to, " Since I no longer maintain an office downtown I can not work on this kind of project"

If this is miplaced part change it to, "I cannot work on this kind of project no longer, since I do not maintain an office downtown.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

The answer is a fragment sentence. The sentence is a fragment because of the "since". The sentence looks like a perfect sentence with an independent clause and dependent cause. Because the independent clause is depending on the word "Since" in the beginning. I hope this helps a lot more of people.
