No Dumping

Littering - throwing papers, cans, empty bottles and such out the window of a moving car.
Dumping - depositing large items, such as worn car tires and large bins of trash

Or dropping such stuff on the ground while walking.
Or eg leaving it on the ground after you have a picnic in the park.
