I have to write a letter to one of our custumers apologizing because in their last order they found something was broken. I also have to ask them to give back the damaged items. Could you tell me if this sentence is correct or if there's a better way of saying it?
We would be grateful if you give back the damaged goods.
Thanks in advance for your answers.
