Could you check whether the following conversation is right and natural?

B: Yes, I go there once or twice a week.

Could you tell me why "But, isn’t it too large for one person?" is not good? Actually, I'd always heard such sentences, "Isn't it too~?" For example, "Isn't it too late to do anything about it?" or "Isn't it too late to submit a bid?"
