how to call my dad's bigger brother in india

I'd call my father's elder brother 'uncle' wherever he was. If you are asking whether there is a specific term in Indian English for 'father's elder brother', then you'll have to wait for a speaker of Indian English to respond.

I seem to remember someone from India using the term 'senior uncle'.
But perhaps someone can give us a more definite answer.

and so would I. I've never heard any person addressing one's father's elder brother as "senior" uncle here. We just call him 'uncle'.

Isn't your father's brother "your uncle" ? This is true no matter what nationality or culture, isn't it? In Chinese culture, the older brother or the younger brother of your father each has a term traditionally that let other people know the family relationship.

??

uncle, father's younger brother

Of course, In our (India's) national language, there are different words to address the elder or younger brother of one's father, but assuming that the OP asked us what we call one's father's elder bother in Englishin India, I said that we call him just 'uncle' whether he is a younger or elder brother our father.  ..
