I want to say "I would like to have a good sleep at night"
I can also say as
"I want to have a high quality sleeping at night."
or "I want to have a high sleeping quality".
I don't know which is correct, or maybe neither is.

Thanks

"I would like to sleep well tonight" (which sounds kind of stilted) or "I would like a good night's sleep."

High-quality usually refers to a product, e.g., This high-quality mattress will ensure a good night's sleep.
