Cycle sport is physical activity using bicycles and it’s a great way to exercise and enjoying doing activities with friends. Also, you can also kick off your challenge by doing competitions which require you to cycle around 100-120 kilometers.

The downside is the price of the gears. It can be expensive if you buy a carbon bicycle, jersey and shoes but it will worth it whether you use it a lot or not. Also, it’s customary to wake up at 6 o’clock to go outside and cycle. Morning are always better because you have less traffic on the road and the weather is colder.

To sum up, I believe cycling are great to challenge yourself and enjoy time with friends. Focus, passion and hard working embodies all of these qualities in this sport.
