Pay attention to the sections that make up a resume, and the order in which they appear.

Here are a few general comments on your resume as posted.

Add personal information. eg what's your name?

Add an Objective Section, in which you specify the job that you are applying for.

Add a Skills Section, in which you high-light your interersonal and technical skills.

Put your education near the end.

Does the list of clients mean that you are a self-employed IT Engineer?

It's hard to look just at grammar,and in fact it seems a bit pointless, because by N. American standards I find the overall format non-standard and hard to interpret.
