CUTS LIKE A KNIFE

Dear Teachers,

1. Missing you baby, cuts like a knife.

- This means "Baby missing you drives me crazy", right?

2. Now I'm staring at the moon, thinking we got too serious too soon.

- "we got too serious too soon" here means "it was still early for us to get too serious", right?

Thanks a bunch to Teachers,

Stevenukd.

Hi,

1. Missing you baby, cuts like a knife.

- This means "Baby missing you drives me crazy", right? Without any context, I'd say a better interpretation is that 'missing you hurts a lot, causes me a lot of pain'.

Best wishes, Clive
