cut into pieces by a train wheel

Yesterday I saw a college girl who had been cut into pieces by a train wheel. The girl was trying to get on the train after the train started moving, so she fell down under the train and died. I fainted when I saw that tragedy. [it's a true incident]

Please correct my sentences.
