Hi
I just asked a similar question in another thread. Is the use of 'cut someone's age' natural?
She always cuts her children's ages. For example, Kim is almost thirteen but she keeps saying he's only ten.
Thanks,
Tom
Mr. Tom Is the use of 'cut someone's age' natural? I've never heard it, so it strikes my ear as a very strange thing to say.
