Cut at a 60 degree angle

Hello,

What do you say, ''when you have to cut at a 60 degree angle a bud, and rootstock when you graft a plant.''

Can I say, cut a scion crooked? What do you say in English?

Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure, but I think an informal way to say somebody is ''dishonest''.

Hi,

More than that. It suggests a law-breaker.
