Customer's Responsibility or Customers Responsibility?

Hi,

I'm a bit confused on which is correct for the following sentence:

"Any shipping costs for returning the item back to us is considered the customers responsibility."

Is it correct to say "customers responsibility" or should I be using "customer's responsibility"

Help with this would be very much appreciated,

Please let me know.

Thanks
