No, it's not likely to be correct. "May" when referring to another person means either permission ("You may go now.") or a wish expressed in the subjunctive mood ("May all your Christmases be white.")

The subject title gives the clue: Customer Service - "May you hold"

When you call a company on the phone you often reach their Customer Service people.
They are often very busy getting 100s of calls.
If they want you to wait they say, "Will you hold, please." and then cut you off.

Then you have to sit there and listen to bad music while they are
