Anonymous Hi there,Can someone tell me the difference between the words CUSTOMER and CLIENT? To me the difference is like this: If you go to a department store to buy clothes or home furnishings or other mass produced goods, you are a customer. If you go to a lawyer's office for a private meeting to set up a trust or a will, you are a client.
