1. Is this sentence corrrect:
"In my part of the world, there isn't that custom."
2. And would the word order make a difference?
Or would it also be correct to say:
"There isn't that custom in my part of the world."

Both are OK, but I think I would put it,
"In my part of the world, there is no such custom."
"In my part of the world, that isn't the custom."
"We don't have that custom in my part of the world."
