'I rode my bike down these real high stairs and had a CURTAIN ROD in my mouth. I was going so fast that I couldn't stop and ran into the front door. The curtain rod JAMMED BACK into my mouth and BUSTED IT WIDE OPEN.

No, it sounds as though this person was stupidly carrying a real curtain rod in their mouth. A curtain rod being something that you hang window curtains from. Why it was in their mouth I can't imagine and why they were riding their bike indoors down stairs, I don't know.
