curtain is moved to the side,

The curtain is not in proper place, please put it in proper place.
The curtain is moved to the side, please put it in proper place.
The curtain is blown away, please put it in proper place.
The curtain is staying in the half, please move it to cover all the door.

Please correct my sentences and also suggest me a good version or more colloquial version for the same. Also tell me are there any word to replace "put it in proper place"?

Acceptable, but repetition never sounds good.

Really we'd say "Please fix the curtain."

I feel "fix the curtain" would be more simple.

But anyway I would also like to know how to say when it's just covers only quarter, and more than half say 75%.

E.g.
When it is halfway,
we say, "The curtain covers half the doorway"
So what if it is quarter i.e. 25%, and .......... 75%.

I guess it is :
"The curtain

But it sounds bizarre [:^)] to estimate so precisely to what extent curtain covers the doorway.
