current cut, no current, blocked the air/wind

I fanned myself with the newspaper as there was no current.
At our place, everyday 2 hours current cut because of load-shedding.

Please go aside from the window as you have blocked the air/wind which coming from outside and I'm sweating here. 

I couldn't complete project my work yesterday because we lost electricity for 3 hours because of some fuse failure.

Please correct my sentences.
