Currency in written documents

Hi guys,

Can someone help to explain about currency in written?

1,000,000VND - One Million Vietnam Dong or One Million Vietnam Dongs

1,000,000USD - One Million US Dollar -?Why is there no "s"?

It's often a matter of personal taste or custom. There is no rule about the plural names of currencies, but it should definitely be 'One million US Dollar s '. 1016957/ for a similar thread which will interest you, to which I will add that yen is not pluralised and whilst the Eurozone diktat is that Euro should not be pluralised, euros is commonly used and heard throughout the English-speaking world.
