currency exchange

Dear teachers,

First question:
When you are looking for a place to exchange currencies nearby, can you say "Is there a currency exchange office nearby?"  Also, please teach me what you would normally say in this situation.

Second question:
Can I change these to US dollars? vs Can I change these into US dollars?
Which is correct and more commonly used?

Thank you.
