Curious about the way I used me in a sentence

I was writing a small message about my son on Facebook and started the first sentence using "me" in an uncommon way. So, I figured I'd put it to some of you and see if it works. Here it is; "All that I've asked god for in a son has been granted me". Thanks for any hep with this in advance

That is fine. (I see nothing unusual about 'me' there. What bothers you about it?)
