"Cup of tea"

Hello! Could you help me with my translation?

Leaving the house, Rosmarie didn't suspect that the next two years would be ordinary.
-Madam, could you give me a cup of tea?
Rosmarie looked back. She saw a little creature with big eyes, a girl of her age, grasping the collar of the coat with reddened hands.
- Do you completely run out of money? - asked Rosmarie.
-Yes, madam. - said the girl and burst into tears.
How extraordinary! It seemed like a scene of a novel. She was no a beggar. What would happen if I took her home? And she imagined, how she would tell the friends "Yes, I just took her home, that's all". And she said aloud:
-Would you like to have a tea at my house?
A light breakfast changed the girl. She stopped being confused and lied in a big armchair. It was impossible to imagine looking at her that some time ago she was crying. Rosmarie continued stealing a look at her.
Suddenly the husband of Rosmarie went into the room. Having excused himself, he asked Rosmarie to go to the library.
-Explain me please, who is she? asked Phillip. - What does it all mean?
- I took her at Courson street.
- But what are you going to do with her?
- I just want to be kind to this girl and cater to her, that's all!
- But, - told Phillip slowly - she is amazingly beautiful!
- Beautiful? - Rosmarie was so astonished, that became as red as cherry. - Do you think so?
IRosmarie came back to the library in a half of an hour.
- I just wanted to tell you, that Missis Smith will not have a dinner with us today. I couldn't do a thing with her. She even didn't want to take the money!
