"culture" as a countable noun

Hello everyone. I have a question.

Is it okay to say this if one wants to experience many different cultural assets in Thailand during one's trip to the country? --

I'm really looking forward to this trip because I'm interested in unique cultures of Thailand.

Say this instead:

I'm really looking forward to this trip because I'm interested in Thailand's unique culture.

People complain about misuse or overuse of "unique". Personally I think this use is OK.

Yes, it's wrong in that sense. A "cultural asset" is a particular cultural practice, or cultural artefact, or other item associated with a culture and seen as a benefit. Having said that, I may not have paid enough attention to the plural. You can use the plural, "cultures", if yo
