Is this correctly get point across?
At school we learn how each culture would react in a particular setting, that way as a manager one can react pragmatically. The japanese culture is different from ours, therefore, they don't do things we do, expect things we don't etc...

Also, it's "does this get the point across correctly?" NOT "Is this correctly get point across?"
