cultural classic

I posted this thread on another forum. However, I didn't get a satisfying answer. Please help me correct it again. Thanks!

Innovative storyline is of course one of the key factors in the success of K-dramas. However, if they hadn’t been assisted with complete marketing campaign, they wouldn’t be able to continue their ensuing craze and all of their work would be for nothing. Therefore, a flexible and plural marketing strategy is considered as a panacea for television ratings of K-dramas.

For example, Winter Sonata, a K-drama series that aired in 2002, stars Bae Yong-joon and Choe Jiwoo. It is widely considered to be the Korean drama that launched the Korean Wave throughout Asia and worldwide. It has helped the unnoticed small island Namiseom, a primary outdoor shooting location of Winter Sonata, to be rediscovered and turned it into a renowned tourist attraction.

Many travel agencies even make the travel itinerary of Winter Sonata their leading sightseeing tours laid on for foreign visitors. As a result, many K-drama fans are attracted by its reputation and go on a pilgrimage to Namiseom. It is set as a cultural classic in their tourism market and it has achieved great success and is highly valued.
