cross section of peak is

Our cross section of peak is 4 hours.

This is what I am trying to say. How would you say the above?

I go to sleep at 8 pm and wake up at 5am. You go to sleep at 1am and wake up at noon. Our cross section of peak is from 1 am to 5 am [when we are both asleep]

Thank you in advance

Our sleeping hours coincide from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.

We are both asleep between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.

Totally meaningless phrase. Sorry.

You might consider using 'overlap'.

The overlap, when we're both asleep, is (the four hours) from 1 am to 5 am.

What do you think of the use of overlap in the sentence?

Does this make any sense and is it natural? How would you say it?
Let's compare our schedules. Let's see which days overlap and which days don't so we can plan our trip.

Thanks

Sounds good to me. No changes needed.
