Criterions

Hi,

today I had some doubts regarding the structure of this sentence:

"could you tell me some criterions on the basis of one stand design will be prefered rather than different. On the basis of price? Design ?"

I think that something in this sentence does not work ...

Can you help please?

Thanks

PAMELA

I realize that you did not understand, but I am disappointed that you did not research it yourself.

You are, however, obliged to be courteous to our moderators. I have said nothing to you that is not helpful for your improvement in English. Success in learning depends on the efforts you make, and one of those efforts is to access the very easily accessible dictionaries on line when you have a simple plural word form to investigate.

Yes I did and I still have no answer to my question.

Can someone explain the difference between "criterions" and "criteria" ?

Dictionaries sometimes are not of help.
