What's the difference between evaluation criteria, evaluation measures, and evaluation metrics in the field of data science?

To me, evaluation criteria and evaluation metrics are similar and they indicate a standard/system whereby evaluation is carried out. Evaluation measures can mean the same as evaluation metrics but since the word measure have additional meanings, I'd suggest using either metrics or criteria to avoid potential ambiguity.
